AI Chatbot Service Terms
Effective Date: November 2, 2026
These AI Chatbot Service Terms (these “Terms”) apply together with the Global Terms of Service, the feature policies, and the regional schedule applicable to the user's residence.
1. Scope and Priority
These Terms apply to Supercent's AI-powered chatbot services (each, an “AI Chatbot Service”), regardless of the brand or product name under which such services are offered, and supplement the Global Terms of Service.
Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Global Terms of Service or the applicable service-specific terms.
These Terms prevail over the Global Terms of Service with respect to the relevant Service, subject to the order of priority and specific exceptions set forth in Section 1 of the Global Terms of Service.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
Users must provide accurate account and age information. Supercent Inc. (“Supercent”) may request information or documentation necessary for age, identity, business, or tax verification for content safety, payment, monetization, and legal compliance.
3. UGC Submission and Review
Users and approved creators may submit UGC through enabled features. UGC must comply with the UGC and IP Infringement Policy, the Community Guidelines, and applicable technical requirements.
Supercent may use automated and human review before or after publication and may reject, remove, restrict, or request changes to content that raises legal, intellectual property, safety, quality, or technical concerns.
4. AI-Assisted UGC
Users may use AI to create or edit UGC where permitted. Disclosures, labels, prohibited prompts, and real-person imitation rules are in the AI Content Policy.
Using an AI tool does not affect the user's warranties regarding rights in the relevant content. Users must have the necessary rights in inputs and outputs.
5. UGC License and Promotion
Ownership remains with the relevant rightsholder. Users grant Supercent a non-exclusive license reasonably necessary to operate the AI Chatbot Service, recommend, display, caption, translate, preview, convert for technical purposes, and promote the relevant content in connection with the AI Chatbot Service. Except as expressly provided below for private conversation content, the UGC license under Section 8 of the Global Terms of Service and the UGC and IP Infringement Policy applies.
Notwithstanding Section 8 of the Global Terms of Service and Sections 3 and 4 of the UGC and IP Infringement Policy, private conversation content will not be used in paid advertising or for AI model training unless Supercent provides a separate notice and obtains any consent or authorization required by applicable law. Any such use will also be subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable user settings or controls. Content affirmatively published by the user as public UGC may be governed separately.
6. Advertising Controls
Approved creators may use available controls for ad eligibility, format, or placement on UGC. The Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy provides the detailed rules.
Supercent may decline ads or adjust settings for safety, legal compliance, advertiser requirements, brand suitability, or technical reasons. Controls do not guarantee ad delivery, fill rates, or revenue.
7. Revenue Sharing
Revenue sharing applies only to creators enrolled and approved under the Creator Program Terms. Calculations, invalid traffic, refund deductions, taxes, payment holds, and payments are governed by the Monetization and Payment Policy.
8. Ranking and Distribution
Supercent may rank UGC using viewing activity, usage patterns, interests, recency, quality, completion, safety, settings, ad suitability, and commercial relationships.
No particular level of distribution, ranking, engagement, or revenue is guaranteed.
9. Reports and Appeals
Users may report illegal or infringing content by contacting Supercent at help@supercent.io. Where required by applicable law, Supercent will provide the principal reason for the action and an available means of appeal. Details are in the UGC and IP Infringement Policy.
10. Service Changes
Supercent may change programming, recommendations, creation tools, advertising, monetization, or community features. Material changes to paid features or monetization will be announced as required by applicable law and separate agreements.
11. Nature of AI Characters
AI characters made available through the AI Chatbot Service are not human and should not be treated as having consciousness, emotions, independent intent, or professional qualifications. Supercent will clearly disclose that the character is an AI system before and during the interaction.
12. Minimum Age
The AI Chatbot Service is available only to users aged 18 or older. Users must provide accurate age information and must not circumvent age-verification or age-assurance measures. Supercent may require age verification, restrict access, or suspend or terminate an account where it reasonably determines that a user is under 18 or has circumvented applicable age restrictions.
13. Professional Advice and Emergencies
AI responses are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Users facing imminent harm or an emergency should contact local emergency services or an appropriate professional support service.
14. Suicide and Self-Harm Safeguards
Where required by applicable law, Supercent will maintain a protocol to identify and respond to expressions involving suicide, self-harm, or imminent harm to others. Measures may include context-sensitive automated detection, nonjudgmental safety messages, referrals to local crisis services, restrictions on harmful output, temporary interruption of a conversation, and limited review where necessary. The AI Chatbot Service is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional counseling.
Details are provided in the AI Chatbot Safety and Crisis Response Protocol and the applicable Regional Schedule. California users may be subject to additional protocol disclosures, minor-safety notices, safeguards, and statutory reporting requirements.
15. Extended Use and Emotional Reliance
Supercent may periodically remind users that the character is an AI system and recommend taking a break where required by applicable law or safety standards. Users should not treat AI responses as the sole basis for real-world relationships or decisions.
16. User-Created Characters
Where character creation is enabled, users must hold rights in names, likenesses, voices, backstories, and source material. Unauthorized impersonation or sexualization of real people or third-party characters protected by intellectual property rights is prohibited.
17. Memory and Conversation Data
The AI Chatbot Service may retain selected information to provide continuity across conversations. Where available, users may review, correct, or delete stored memory through the relevant controls.
18. Outputs and Similarity
AI outputs may repeat or resemble outputs generated for other users. Supercent does not guarantee originality, non-infringement, or copyright eligibility.
19. Credits, Conversation Units, and Automatic Credit Reload
The AI Chatbot Service may charge coins or credits by message, turn, response, or another conversation unit disclosed before use. The applicable unit, deduction amount, and the circumstances in which a charge is incurred or restored will be displayed in the Service.
Where enabled, users may optionally activate automatic credit reload. Credit purchases, automatic credit reload, restoration for failed responses, cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds are governed by the Subscription and Virtual Items Policy.
