Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy

Effective Date: November 2, 2026

This Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy (this “Policy”) supplements the Global Terms of Service and any applicable service-specific terms and governs relevant user and creator activity.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to ads shown in the Service, creator-configured ads, sponsored content, affiliate links, and promotions and supplements the Global Terms of Service and the Creator Program Terms.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Global Terms of Service, the applicable service-specific terms, the Creator Program Terms, or the Monetization and Payment Policy, as applicable.

2. Advertising Control

Supercent makes the final decision on ad delivery, format, placement, frequency, advertiser requirements, and brand safety. Creator controls are available options and do not guarantee delivery or revenue.

3. Advertising Disclosure

Advertising must be clearly recognizable. A creator with a financial, free-product, discount, employment, family, or other material connection to a brand must clearly disclose it in the content itself.

4. Placement and Language

Disclosures must be hard to miss and in the same language as the content. They should not appear only behind a “more” link, in a profile, among hashtags, or solely through a platform disclosure tool. Video and live disclosures must appear in the content and be repeated where needed.

5. Advertising Claims

Creators may not endorse a product they have not used or make unsupported health, performance, or earnings claims. Advertiser-provided claims must not be posted if false or misleading.

6. Prohibited Advertising

Advertising involving unlawful goods, scams, malware, discriminatory content or practices, high-risk financial products, unlicensed medical services, unlawful gambling, adult products targeted to minors, or other prohibited categories is not allowed. Advertising for legally regulated products or services may be subject to additional approval, age, geographic, and platform-policy restrictions imposed by Supercent.

7. Minors and Sensitive Data

Profiling-based ads directed to minors and ads based on sensitive data will be restricted or prohibited where required by applicable law.

8. AI Advertising Creative

Advertising content generated or modified using AI is subject to the AI Content Policy. Synthetic depictions of real people, testimonials, product performance, or events require clear disclosure that the content is synthetic or AI-generated, as well as any necessary consent.

9. Creator Ad Settings

Creators may use only approved categories, placements, and frequency controls and may not insert unauthorized ad code or measurement tools.

10. Invalid Traffic

Self-clicking, inducing repeated or artificial views, bots, click farms, undisclosed incentives, forced redirects, false installs, and performance manipulation are prohibited. Revenue attributable to invalid traffic may be withheld or deducted.

11. Measurement and Payment

Supercent's records and the records of its advertising partners will be used to determine impressions, valid views, clicks, conversions, and Net Revenue. Payment calculations and payments are governed by the Monetization and Payment Policy.

12. Removal and Account Action

Supercent may remove content, stop the delivery of an ad, hold revenue, or restrict an account for legal compliance, advertiser requirements, brand safety, or policy violations.

13. Advertising Contact

For questions, reports, or appeals relating to advertising or sponsored content, users may contact Supercent at help@supercent.io. Enforcement measures and appeals are governed by the Global Operations and Enforcement Policy.
