AI Content Policy
Effective Date: November 2, 2026
This AI Content Policy (this “Policy”) supplements the Global Terms of Service and any applicable service-specific terms and governs relevant user and creator activity.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to content generated, edited, recommended, or delivered using generative AI and to services that use generative AI, and supplements the Global Terms of Service.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Global Terms of Service or the applicable service-specific terms.
2. Notice of AI Use
Where required by applicable law, Supercent will disclose through the applicable terms, feature screens, or interfaces that a feature uses generative AI, including by clearly stating, in the case of conversational AI, that the user is interacting with AI rather than a human.
3. Labeling AI Output
AI output in the Service may carry a badge, text, or interface indicator. Downloaded or externally shared text, image, audio, or video may include visible, audible, or machine-readable labels where required by applicable law and technically feasible.
4. No Removal or Misrepresentation
Users may not remove AI labels, watermarks, provenance information, or metadata, or misrepresent AI output as purely human-created or as depicting a real event.
5. Inputs
Users must have all necessary rights in prompts, reference images, voices, videos, scripts, and data and may not input personal or confidential information without authority.
6. Real Persons and Synthetic Media
Realistic imitation of a real person's face, voice, name, conduct, or identity is prohibited without valid consent and clear AI disclosure. Fraudulent, defamatory, sexual, or deceptive uses relating to elections are prohibited.
7. Minors
AI output may not sexualize minors or encourage minors to engage in dangerous conduct. Supercent may apply stricter feature, prompt, and output limits for minors.
8. Rights and Originality
Rights in AI output may vary by jurisdiction and the level of human authorship. Supercent does not guarantee originality, copyright eligibility, or non-infringement.
9. Model Improvement
Supercent may use prompts, private conversations, or UGC for model improvement only in accordance with the Global Terms of Service, applicable Service-Specific Terms, the UGC and IP Infringement Policy, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Where a Service-Specific Term imposes additional restrictions on the use of private conversation content, those restrictions will apply. Supercent will describe the relevant purposes, scope, retention, and available choices in the Privacy Policy and applicable settings or controls.
10. Safety Review and Human Access
Supercent may use automated detection and limited review by authorized personnel for unlawful content, infringement, self-harm, sexual content, fraud, and security risks.
11. User Review
Before publication or commercial use, users must review the accuracy of facts and sources, relevant rights, safety considerations, required advertising disclosures, and whether the output could be treated as professional advice.
12. Enforcement
Content that violates this Policy may be removed, relabeled, downranked, or demonetized. Repeated violations may result in account restrictions or other enforcement measures under the Community Guidelines and the Global Operations and Enforcement Policy.
13. Technical Standards
Supercent may use technical measures such as content credentials, watermarks, metadata, or other provenance technologies to identify AI-Generated Content where appropriate and technically feasible.
