Monetization and Payment Policy
Effective Date: November 2, 2026
This Monetization and Payment Policy (this “Policy”) governs the calculation, adjustment, and payment of creator revenue.
1. Scope
This Policy governs calculation and payment of approved creator revenue from advertising, subscriptions, content sales, rewards, or other programs and forms part of the Creator Program Terms.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Global Terms of Service, the applicable service-specific terms, or the Creator Program Terms, as applicable.
2. Revenue Sources
Eligible revenue may include approved advertising, paid content, subscriptions, in-app purchase shares, or campaign rewards.
3. Net Revenue
“Net Revenue” means gross amounts actually received by Supercent, less app store and payment fees, ad-partner fees, user acquisition fees and other marketing costs that are directly attributable to the applicable content, campaign, or program and disclosed to the Creator before the relevant revenue is generated, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, credits, third-party rights costs, invalid traffic, and directly related costs.
4. Revenue Share
Creator Revenue is calculated by applying the revenue-share rate disclosed for the applicable Service, campaign, or program to the applicable Net Revenue. A campaign-specific fixed fee or revenue-share rate stated in an applicable offer or agreement will prevail.
5. Attribution
Revenue is attributed based on valid impressions, views, clicks, conversions, purchases, or usage reflected in Supercent’s records and the records of its partners. Conflicting or duplicate attribution may be reasonably adjusted.
6. Invalid Traffic
Bots, self-clicking, click farms, forced impressions, abnormal repetition, manipulated installs, and traffic invalidated by Supercent or its advertising partners are excluded. Supercent may provide a summary of the basis for excluding such traffic.
7. Refunds and Adjustments
Refunds, chargebacks, tax adjustments, advertiser deductions, measurement errors, duplicate amounts, and infringement-related adjustments identified after a statement is issued may be applied against current or future statements.
8. Statements
Supercent will provide a dashboard or statement with reasonable detail for each applicable settlement period. Preliminary data may change after finalization of partner data.
9. Disputes
Creators must raise any dispute regarding a statement within 30 days after receipt and provide specific grounds for the dispute. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, undisputed statements become final after that period.
Finalization of a statement does not prevent subsequent adjustments under Section 7 based on information identified after the applicable dispute period.
10. Cycle and Threshold
Confirmed amounts will be paid according to the applicable payment cycle disclosed for the relevant program. Amounts below the applicable payment threshold will roll forward to the next payment cycle.
Amounts below the applicable payment threshold will continue to roll forward while the Creator remains eligible for payment. If Program participation or the Creator account is terminated, amounts below the threshold will be handled as disclosed for the applicable Program and as required by applicable law.
Following termination of Program participation, valid accrued revenue below the ordinary payment threshold will be included in the final settlement or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law. It will not be forfeited solely because it is below the ordinary payment threshold.
11. Payment Method
Payment is made to an approved account or provider. Creators must maintain accurate details, and payment may be held while payment errors, compliance issues, or sanctions-related concerns remain unresolved.
Supercent may require the Creator to update or verify payment information before releasing a held or final payment. Supercent is not responsible for a delay caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated payment information provided by the Creator.
12. Taxes and Documents
Supercent may require documents for withholding, reporting, or identity verification. Missing or inaccurate information may delay payment or result in statutory withholding.
If required identity, tax, residence, banking, or payment documents are not provided, Supercent may continue to hold the applicable payment until the required information is received or the amount is otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law. The delay or hold does not, by itself, constitute forfeiture of valid accrued revenue.
13. Holds
Payment may be held as necessary for rights disputes, fraud, invalid traffic, sanctions-related concerns, account or payment compromise, abnormal refund activity, investigations, or legal requirements. Where legally and operationally permitted, Supercent will provide the principal reason for the hold and an available means of response or appeal.
14. Setoff and Recovery
Overpayments, refunds, third-party rights costs, and amounts finally determined to be owed as damages may be set off against future amounts or requested for repayment and will be shown in statements.
15. Termination
Following termination of Program participation or the Creator account, valid accrued revenue will be paid after final verification and adjustment, subject to refunds, chargebacks, invalid traffic, taxes, setoff rights, lawful holds, and required identity, tax, banking, or payment documentation. The ordinary payment threshold will not, by itself, prevent payment of valid accrued revenue in the final settlement, as provided in Section 10.
Account inactivity does not, by itself, result in forfeiture of valid accrued revenue. Supercent may hold payment until required verification or payment information is provided.
Amounts attributable to confirmed serious fraud, invalid traffic, unlawful activity, infringement, or amounts otherwise owed to Supercent or affected third parties may be withheld, denied, recovered, or set off where permitted by applicable law.
Any dormant or unclaimed amount remaining after reasonable notice and payment efforts will be handled in accordance with applicable unclaimed-property, tax, and other mandatory laws.
