Community Guidelines

Effective Date: November 2, 2026

These Community Guidelines (these “Guidelines”) supplement the applicable service-specific terms and govern relevant user and creator activity.

1. Scope

These Guidelines apply to community features, comments, chats, UGC, characters, playable content, and creator activity and form part of the Global Terms of Service.

Capitalized terms not defined in these Guidelines have the meanings given to them in the Global Terms of Service or the applicable service-specific terms.

2. User Safety

Violence, threats, harassment, stalking, hate, discrimination, doxxing, non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material, and encouragement of suicide or self-harm are prohibited.

Fictional or artistic material may still be restricted based on real-world harm, explicitness, audience age, context, and warnings.

3. Protection of Minors

Users may not sexualize minors or induce or encourage them to engage in dangerous conduct, private contact, financial transactions, or offline meetings. Falsifying age to bypass safeguards is prohibited.

4. Fraud and Manipulation

Phishing, impersonation, fake prizes, investment scams, malware, manipulated reviews, fake engagement, advertising manipulation, and coordinated deception are prohibited.

5. Illegal and Regulated Content

Users may not promote, facilitate, buy, sell, or otherwise engage in transactions involving illegal goods, drugs, weapons, unlawful gambling or gambling-related activities prohibited by applicable law or Supercent policy, regulated goods, or other prohibited activity, or provide criminal or terrorist instructions. Supercent may limit territories where legality differs.

6. Health and Financial Claims

Users may not make unsupported claims regarding treatment effects, disease prevention, guaranteed returns, government backing, or professional qualifications. Advertising or AI labeling does not excuse deceptive claims.

7. Intellectual Property and Privacy

Users may not infringe or violate copyrights, trademark rights, rights of likeness or voice, privacy rights, or trade secrets. The reporting process is in the UGC and IP Infringement Policy.

8. Enforcement Factors

Supercent may remove, age-restrict, downrank, or demonetize content, or restrict accounts,  based on context, potential harm, repetition, user age, public interest, and applicable law.

Types of measures, provisional measures, adjustments to assets or revenue, and general handling procedures are governed by the Global Operations and Enforcement Policy.

9. Reports and Appeals

Users may report content or conduct that may violate these Guidelines by contacting Supercent at help@supercent.io. Affected users may appeal within the stated period, and Supercent will seek to have the appeal reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision.

The appeal period will be stated in the decision notice. A longer period or separate procedure required by applicable law or a Regional Schedule prevails.

10. Enforcement Limits

Supercent does not promise advance review or detection of every violation. Users who abuse reporting tools, engage in retaliatory reporting, or submit mass false reports may be subject to enforcement measures.
