Subscription and Virtual Items Policy

Effective Date: November 2, 2026

This Subscription and Virtual Items Policy (this “Policy”) supplements the Global Terms of Service and any applicable service-specific terms.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to subscriptions, coins, credits, paid episodes, virtual items, ad removal, and other digital content and supplements the Global Terms of Service.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Global Terms of Service or the applicable service-specific terms.

2. Pre-Purchase Information

Before completing a purchase, Supercent will clearly display the product or service, price, quantity, billing frequency, material conditions, auto-renewal terms, expiration, withdrawal and refund limitations, cancellation method, and payment method. For subscriptions, Supercent will also disclose when recurring charges will begin, how the subscription may be canceled, and that cancellation generally does not result in a refund for the then-current billing period, except as required by applicable law, applicable app store or payment provider rules, or this Policy.

Material subscription and refund terms will be presented clearly and conspicuously before purchase and will not be disclosed solely through a hyperlink where applicable law requires direct disclosure. App store payment terms also apply.

3. Purchase Confirmation

The final purchase screen will require affirmative confirmation of the product or service, quantity, price, billing frequency, auto-renewal terms, and other material conditions. Where required by applicable law, consent to recurring charges will be obtained separately or in a manner that clearly identifies the auto-renewal terms.

After purchase, Supercent or the applicable app store or payment provider will provide a confirmation that includes, or provides access to, the applicable subscription, cancellation, and refund terms.

4. Subscriptions and Renewal

An auto-renewing subscription will continue to renew until canceled, provided that the renewal interval, price, and cancellation method have been disclosed before purchase. Cancellation applies from the next renewal, and access will generally continue through the end of the paid billing period.

If Supercent deactivates or terminates an account, Supercent will take commercially reasonable steps, directly or through the applicable app store or payment provider, to ensure that no further renewal charges occur after the effective date of termination.

Unless the account is terminated due to fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or a material violation of the applicable terms, Supercent will either allow access through the end of the paid billing period or provide any refund, credit, or other remedy required by applicable law or applicable platform rules.

5. Coins and Credits

Purchased coins and credits may be used only in the Service and, unless applicable law requires otherwise, are not cash, deposits, or property. Transfers between accounts and exchanges for cash are prohibited.

Consumable paid items are tied to the account through which they are purchased or to which they are granted and, unless applicable law or the applicable service-specific terms provide otherwise, may not be transferred to another account. If a user creates or changes accounts, consumable paid items from the previous account may not be restored. Supercent will disclose this limitation before purchase.

Purchased coins and credits will remain available for use until consumed or until the expiration date, if any, clearly disclosed before purchase. Any expiration, forfeiture, refund, or treatment of unused paid balances upon Service discontinuation or account termination will be subject to applicable law and the applicable Regional Schedule.

6. Automatic Credit Reload

Supercent may offer an automatic reload feature for eligible credits or virtual currency in certain Services. A user may configure the Service so that, when the applicable balance falls to or below a disclosed threshold, the user-selected amount is charged to the registered payment method and the corresponding credits or virtual currency are added to the user's account.

Before activation, Supercent will clearly disclose and obtain the user's separate affirmative consent to the balance threshold, charge amount, quantity of credits or virtual currency to be provided, payment method, recurring nature of the feature, any applicable limits, cancellation method, and withdrawal and refund conditions.

The activation screen will disclose how the applicable balance triggering an automatic reload is calculated, including whether promotional or complimentary credits or virtual currency are included.

After each automatic reload, Supercent will notify the user of the amount charged, the quantity of credits or virtual currency added, the payment date, and the payment method by email, in-app notification, or another electronic method.

The user may cancel automatic credit reload at any time through the applicable Service settings or another method designated by Supercent. Cancellation applies to future charges and does not, by itself, reverse a charge completed before cancellation.

If a payment fails, Supercent may reasonably retry the payment or suspend automatic credit reload and notify the user.

Supercent will provide the advance notice required by applicable law before materially changing the charge amount, balance threshold, quantity of credits or virtual currency provided, or other material conditions to the user's disadvantage and will obtain renewed consent where required.

Withdrawal and refunds for credits or virtual currency purchased through automatic reload are governed by this Policy, the applicable Regional Schedule, applicable law, and the applicable app store or payment provider rules.

7. Promotional Credits

Promotional or complimentary credits may expire three (3) months after issue or as disclosed when issued. If both paid and promotional balances are available, paid credits will be deducted first unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Bulk Unlock

Bulk unlock and unlock-all-future-episodes are optional. The Service will show the number of credits required and the episodes covered and require affirmative confirmation. A user's failure to notice that the bulk-unlock feature was enabled does not, by itself, entitle the user to a refund, without prejudice to any statutory rights.

9. AI Conversation Units and Coin or Credit Deductions

If AI chat is charged by message, turn, or another specified conversation unit, Supercent will disclose the deduction amount and conditions before use. Coins or credits are generally deducted when an AI response becomes available. If no response is delivered or a duplicate deduction occurs because of a Supercent system error, coins or credits will not be deducted or will be restored. The purchase or service screen will disclose the treatment of responses blocked by safety filters or conversations interrupted for safety reasons. Charges for conversation units that were properly delivered may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the charge resulted from a Supercent error.

10. Withdrawal Rights

Withdrawal rights and exceptions vary by territory. Digital-content withdrawal may be lost after supply begins only where applicable legal notice and consent requirements are satisfied.

11. Refunds

Except as required by applicable law, applicable app store or payment provider rules, or as expressly provided in this Policy or the applicable service-specific terms, purchases are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals but does not, by itself, entitle the user to a refund for the then-current billing period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or applicable platform rules, access will generally continue through the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds, credits, or restoration may nevertheless be available in cases involving:

(a) duplicate or unauthorized charges;

(b) a Supercent system or billing error;

(c) failure to provide the purchased Service;

(d) a material reduction or discontinuation of a paid feature;

(e) purchases by minors where cancellation rights apply;

(f) termination of a paid Service or account by Supercent without user fault; or

(g) other circumstances required by applicable law or applicable platform rules.

A user’s non-use of a subscription that was properly disclosed and made available during the paid billing period does not, by itself, entitle the user to a refund.

Refund requests for purchases processed by an app store or payment provider must be submitted through that provider where required.

12. Purchases by Minors

Purchases by minors may be canceled where parental consent was required and not obtained, subject to statutory exceptions.

13. Changes to Virtual Items

Supercent may adjust virtual items for game balance, content availability, service operation, safety, legal, or technical reasons. If the essential value of a paid virtual item or other paid digital product is materially reduced, Supercent will provide remedies required by applicable law.

14. Account Termination

Supercent may deactivate or terminate an account that has remained inactive for at least twelve (12) consecutive months. Inactivity may be determined based on the user’s last login, last access to the Service, and other reasonable indicators of account activity.

Except where notice is prohibited by law, impracticable, or immediate action is reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, or a material violation of the applicable terms, Supercent will provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice and an opportunity to reactivate the account before permanent termination.

An account will not be permanently terminated for inactivity while it has an active paid subscription, an unused paid balance, or accrued creator or advertising revenue unless Supercent first handles those interests in accordance with applicable law, applicable platform rules, this Policy, the Creator Program Terms, and the Monetization and Payment Policy, as applicable.

If Supercent terminates an inactive account with an active paid subscription, Supercent will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent future renewal charges and will either allow access through the end of the paid billing period or provide any refund, credit, or other remedy required by applicable law or applicable platform rules.

Following termination, Supercent may delete or make inaccessible account content and information, subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable law, legally required retention periods, security requirements, backup practices, and any pending dispute, payment, tax, or regulatory obligation. Where reasonably practicable, Supercent will provide the user with an opportunity to retain copies of user content before permanent deletion. Users remain responsible for maintaining their own backup copies.

Unused paid balances will be handled as required by applicable law. Promotional items may expire as provided in Section 7.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supercent will not be responsible for loss of content resulting from account deactivation or termination carried out in accordance with this Section, except to the extent caused by Supercent’s willful misconduct, gross negligence, violation of applicable law, or infringement of a non-waivable consumer right. Mandatory rights remain applicable even if an account is terminated for violation of the applicable terms.

15. Refund Abuse

False refund claims, use after chargeback, use of stolen payment methods, duplicate refund claims, and abuse of app store refund processes are prohibited and may result in item reversal or account restrictions.

Where Supercent reasonably confirms a false refund claim, use after chargeback, use of a stolen payment method, duplicate refund claims, or abuse of app store refund processes, it may reverse the relevant products or restrict purchasing for a stated period. A lawful withdrawal, refund, or exercise of a statutory right is not by itself a ground for restriction. Measures and appeals are governed by the Global Operations and Enforcement Policy.

16. Support

For questions or requests regarding purchases, subscriptions, virtual items, or refunds, users may contact Supercent at help@supercent.io.

Supercent will process such requests in accordance with applicable law and the relevant app store or payment provider procedures.

For purchases processed through an app store or payment provider, the user may be required to submit the refund request directly to that provider. For purchases processed directly by Supercent, refund requests may be submitted to help@supercent.io. Supercent will not restrict any refund or cancellation right provided by applicable law or applicable platform rules.
