Creator Program Terms
Effective Date: November 2, 2026
These Creator Program Terms (these “Terms”) separately govern creator submissions, advertising controls, revenue sharing, and payments.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to creators who have been approved by Supercent to participate in the Creator Program, including eligible UGC submissions, advertising controls, monetization, and revenue-sharing features offered through the Service.
Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Global Terms of Service or the applicable service-specific terms.
2. Enrollment
Participation begins after application, review, and approval. Supercent may verify age, identity, business, tax, and banking information and review content quality and compliance history.
3. Independent Relationship
Creators are independent participants. These Terms do not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship, and creators may not bind Supercent.
4. Submissions
Creators must submit complete content and accurate metadata, ensure that their submissions comply with applicable safety requirements, and comply with the UGC and IP Infringement Policy, the Community Guidelines, and applicable technical requirements. Supercent may approve, reject, request changes to, or stop the publication of any submission.
5. Rights Warranties
Creators warrant that they have all necessary copyrights, performer rights, likeness and voice rights, trademark rights, privacy rights, and commercial-use rights required for the content and inputs and will comply with third-party tool terms.
6. AI Use
AI-generated or assisted content is governed by the AI Content Policy. Creators must accurately disclose the use of AI and any realistic synthetic content and provide provenance or consent evidence if requested.
7. Advertising and Sponsorship
Creators may use only approved advertising controls and must disclose sponsorship and material connections under the Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy. Unauthorized ad code, trackers, or payment methods are prohibited.
8. Monetization Eligibility
Eligibility is not permanent. Supercent may approve, limit, suspend, or terminate monetization based on safety, rights, advertiser requirements, invalid traffic, enforcement history, or program criteria.
9. Revenue and Payment
Calculations, payment cycles, thresholds, taxes, refund deductions, invalid traffic, and payment holds are governed by the Monetization and Payment Policy. Dashboard figures may be preliminary.
Account inactivity, deactivation, or termination does not, by itself, result in the forfeiture of Creator Revenue validly accrued before the effective date of termination. Accrued revenue remains subject to final verification, applicable payment conditions, refunds, chargebacks, invalid traffic adjustments, taxes, lawful holds, and the Monetization and Payment Policy.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Self-clicking, bots, click farms, inducing repeated or artificial plays, false accounts, ad-control circumvention, purchased metrics, mass irrelevant submissions, false descriptions, and review evasion are prohibited.
11. Records and Audit
Supercent may reasonably request records needed to verify rights, advertising, payments, or compliance. Creators must retain relevant records for a reasonable period as required by applicable law or program requirements and cooperate with lawful requests.
12. Taxes
Creators are responsible for their tax reporting. Supercent may withhold taxes required by applicable law and request tax forms or residence certificates.
13. Actions and Response
Supercent may restrict content or monetization and hold payment where Supercent reasonably suspects infringement, safety violations, or improper or invalid revenue. Where legally and operationally permitted, Supercent will provide the principal reason for the action and an available means of response or appeal. Enforcement measures and appeals are governed by the Global Operations and Enforcement Policy.
14. Indemnity
To the extent attributable to the Creator's fault, breach, or conduct, the Creator will be responsible for losses, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from a breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, advertising violations, or materially incorrect tax or payment information, subject to applicable law and any mandatory protections afforded to individuals or consumers.
15. Term and Termination
Creators may terminate their participation in the Program using the available process. Supercent may suspend or terminate participation for a material or repeated breach, loss of eligibility, fraud, invalid traffic, legal or safety risks, or discontinuation of the applicable Program.
Supercent may also terminate participation where a Creator account has remained inactive for at least twelve (12) consecutive months. Except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance, Supercent will provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice and an opportunity to reactivate participation before termination for inactivity.
Termination of Program participation does not, by itself, extinguish the Creator’s right to Creator Revenue validly accrued before the effective date of termination, subject to Section 16 and the Monetization and Payment Policy.
16. Post-Term Treatment
Following termination, valid accrued Creator Revenue will be paid after final verification and subject to applicable payment conditions, refunds, chargebacks, invalid traffic adjustments, taxes, setoff rights, lawful holds, and payment-document requirements under the Monetization and Payment Policy.
A Creator’s failure to log in or use the Service does not, by itself, result in forfeiture of valid accrued Creator Revenue. Supercent may delay payment where the Creator has not provided required identity, tax, banking, or payment information.
Termination does not affect any UGC license or permission that survives in accordance with Section 8 of the Global Terms of Service, the UGC and IP Infringement Policy, or a separate agreement, subject to applicable law and any required consent or authorization.
17. Confidentiality
Non-public rates, campaigns, product plans, security information, and internal dashboards are confidential, except for disclosures required by applicable law or a competent governmental or regulatory authority.
18. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or provisions of applicable law. For questions, requests, or disputes relating to the Creator Program, creators may contact Supercent at help@supercent.io.
