Video Reels Service Terms

Effective Date: November 2, 2026

These Video Reels Service Terms (these “Terms”) apply together with the Global Terms of Service, the feature policies, and the Regional Schedule applicable to the user's residence.

1. Scope and Priority

These Terms apply to Supercent’s video reels services (each, a “Video Reels Service”) and supplement the Global Terms of Service.

Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Global Terms of Service or the applicable service-specific terms.

These Terms prevail over the Global Terms of Service with respect to the relevant Service, subject to the order of priority and specific exceptions set forth in Section 1 of the Global Terms of Service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

Users must provide accurate account and age information. Supercent Inc. (“Supercent”) may request information or documentation necessary for age, identity, business, or tax verification for content safety, payment, monetization, and legal compliance.

3. UGC Submission and Review

Users and approved creators may submit UGC through enabled features. UGC must comply with the UGC and IP Infringement Policy, the Community Guidelines, and applicable technical requirements.

Supercent may use automated and human review before or after publication and may reject, remove, restrict, or request changes to content that raises legal, intellectual property, safety, quality, or technical concerns.

4. AI-Assisted UGC

Users may use AI to create or edit UGC where permitted. Disclosures, labels, prohibited prompts, and real-person imitation rules are in the AI Content Policy.

Using an AI tool does not affect the user's warranties regarding rights in the relevant content. Users must have the necessary rights in inputs and outputs.

5. UGC License and Promotion

The license granted under the Global Terms of Service includes promotional use outside a Video Reels Service, use in paid advertising creatives, and AI model training, subject to applicable law.

6. Advertising Controls

Approved creators may use available controls for ad eligibility, format, or placement on UGC. The Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy provides the detailed rules.

Supercent may decline ads or adjust settings for safety, legal compliance, advertiser requirements, brand suitability, or technical reasons. Controls do not guarantee ad delivery, fill rates, or revenue.

7. Revenue Sharing

Revenue sharing applies only to creators enrolled and approved under the Creator Program Terms. Calculations, invalid traffic, refund deductions, taxes, payment holds, and payments are governed by the Monetization and Payment Policy.

8. Ranking and Distribution

Supercent may rank UGC using viewing or usage activity, interests, recency, quality, completion, safety, settings, ad suitability, and commercial relationships.

No particular level of distribution, ranking, engagement, or revenue is guaranteed.

9. Reports and Appeals

Users may report illegal or infringing content by contacting Supercent at help@supercent.io. Where required by applicable law, Supercent will provide the principal reason for the action and the available means of appeal. Details are in the UGC and IP Infringement Policy.

10. Service Changes

Supercent may change programming, recommendations, creation tools, advertising, monetization, or community features. Material changes to paid features or monetization will be announced as required by applicable law and separate agreements.

11. Short-Form Drama and Episodes

A Video Reels Service may offer short-form drama content, episodes, images, music, and other related content provided by Supercent, third parties, or creators. Programming, episode order, release timing, and territory availability may change.

12. Likeness, Voice, and Music Rights

Creators must secure all necessary copyrights, performer rights, publicity and likeness rights, name and voice rights, music and script rights, and other permissions required for their UGC. Use of synthetic voice or face transformation requires express permission and appropriate AI labeling.

Such rights and permissions must be sufficient for the uses of UGC permitted under these Terms and the Global Terms of Service, including promotional, advertising, and AI model training uses where applicable.

13. Paid Episodes and Bulk Unlock

Where offered, paid episodes, coins, credits, and subscriptions are governed by the Subscription and Virtual Items Policy. Supercent may offer optional bulk unlock or unlock-all-future-episodes features.

Where enabled, users may optionally activate automatic credit reload for credits used in the relevant Video Reels Service. Activation, charges, cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds are governed by the Subscription and Virtual Items Policy.

Before a bulk unlock is completed, a Video Reels Service will display the number of credits required, the episodes covered, and any applicable limitations, and obtain the user's affirmative confirmation. Where an unlock-all-future-episodes option is offered, the Service will specify whether it covers only future episodes within a designated series or season and whether any additional charges may apply. Such purchases do not guarantee the production or release of future episodes. Refunds and remedies remain subject to applicable law and the Subscription and Virtual Items Policy.

14. Copying and Redistribution

Except through an authorized download feature, users may not capture, record, copy, extract, or redistribute videos or episodes, or bypass DRM or other access controls.
