Global Operations and Enforcement Policy

Effective Date: November 2, 2026

This Global Operations and Enforcement Policy (this “Policy”) supplements the Global Terms of Service and applicable service-specific terms and governs investigations, provisional measures, enforcement, adjustments to virtual items and monetization, restoration, and appeals relating to violations of Supercent’s terms and policies. Applicable law and the Regional Schedule applicable to the user's residence prevail to the extent they provide greater protection.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Policy applies to digital games, video and short-form content services, AI-powered interactive services, and related web, app, community, advertising, and creator features provided by Supercent. A provision relating to a feature applies only where the relevant Service offers that feature.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Global Terms of Service or the applicable service-specific terms.

2. Application by Service Type

  • - Digital games: account security, cheats and bots, bug exploitation, real-money trading, payment and rewarded ad abuse, game data, and virtual item adjustments.
  • - Video and short-form content services: accounts, paid content, subscriptions, viewing features, and common safety rules; UGC or creator provisions apply only where those features are offered.
  • - UGC- and creator-enabled services: UGC, AI use, advertising controls, monetization, fraud and deception prevention, technical requirements, ratings, accessibility, and user safety, as applicable.
  • - AI-powered interactive services: AI interactions, user-created characters and UGC, age and adult-content controls, safeguard circumvention, advertising, and monetization.

3. Definitions

  • - “Enforcement Measure” means a warning, content action, feature restriction, monetization restriction, adjustment of virtual items or records, account restriction, or termination in response to a violation.
  • - “Provisional Measure” means a temporary restriction before an investigation is complete to verify facts, prevent urgent harm, protect security, or preserve evidence.
  • - “Content Action” means rejection, correction, removal, blocking, age restriction, downranking, or exclusion from recommendations.
  • - “Monetization Action” means an advertising restriction, demonetization, payment hold, settlement adjustment, or recovery of improperly paid amounts.

4. Enforcement Principles

Supercent considers the nature, intent, severity, repetition, potential and actual harm, the user’s age, improper benefit, remediation, and applicable law. Similar conduct may result in different measures depending on urgency, impact, and evidence of circumvention.

Supercent may provide a warning or opportunity to correct a minor first violation. Illegal conduct, harm to children or other users, account or payment theft, serious security violations, improper revenue generation, or repeated violations may result in restriction or termination without prior warning.

5. Types of Measures

  • - Warning and correction. Notice of the violation and a requirement to correct content, prevent recurrence, or cure the issue within a stated period.
  • - Content Action. Rejection, correction, removal, blocking, age restriction, downranking, or exclusion from recommendations.
  • - Feature restriction. Restriction of chat, posting, uploads, ad controls, purchases, creator tools, or another feature.
  • - Service or account restriction. Temporary suspension or permanent restriction of access to a Service, character, or account.
  • - Monetization Action. Restriction of ads or monetization, payment hold, settlement adjustment, or recovery of improper payments.
  • - Asset and record adjustment. Reversal or adjustment of virtual items, rankings, scores, rewards, or records created or obtained through a violation.
  • - Provisional Measure. Temporary restriction of content, functions, payments, or an account pending investigation.
  • - Termination. Termination of the user agreement or Creator Program participation for a serious or repeated violation.

Supercent may apply two or more measures together where appropriate to the conduct.

6. Handling Procedure

A typical matter proceeds through detection or receipt of a report, any necessary Provisional Measure, investigation, decision and notice, enforcement, appeal, review, and notification of the result. Supercent may change the sequence or provide notice after an action where necessary to prevent urgent harm, protect security, comply with applicable law, or preserve evidence.

Supercent will act within a reasonable period considering complexity, evidence, and any required assistance from authorities or third parties. Where processing is delayed, Supercent will provide the reason and expected timing where legally and operationally appropriate.

7. Common Violations

  • - Stealing or misusing another person's account, personal data, payment method, identity, or rights.
  • - Interfering with or circumventing the Service, security controls, reporting tools, or customer support.
  • - Posting or distributing violent, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, doxxing, illegal, or infringing content.
  • - Sexualizing minors or inducing or encouraging them to engage in dangerous conduct, private contact, financial transactions, or offline meetings.
  • - Abusing operations through false or retaliatory reports, repeated submissions, abusive communications, or automation.
  • - Using another account, device, identity, or technical method to evade an Enforcement Measure.

8. Game Violations

  • - Creating, distributing, advertising, or using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacking tools, mods, unauthorized emulators, or other unapproved software.
  • - An emulator or platform officially provided or expressly authorized by Supercent is excluded from the preceding restriction.
  • - Exploiting bugs or errors to obtain abnormal records, scores, items, virtual currency, ad rewards, or other benefits.
  • - Real-money trading, account sales, commercial farming, match or ranking manipulation, and abnormal network access.
  • - Payment theft, false refund claims, use after chargeback, or manipulation of rewarded ads or purchase processes.

9. UGC and Community Violations

  • - Submitting or distributing content that violates applicable law, the Community Guidelines, or the UGC and IP Infringement Policy.
  • - Using another person's copyrights, trademark rights, rights of likeness or voice, name, personal data, or trade secret without the necessary rights.
  • - Removing or obscuring age restrictions, content warnings, AI disclosures, watermarks, or rights notices.
  • - Generating or manipulating fake engagement, views, recommendations, reviews, reports, or comments.

10. AI, Advertising, and Creator Program Violations

  • - Using prohibited prompts, impersonation, non-consensual synthetic media, or safeguard circumvention to create or distribute illegal or harmful AI output.
  • - Failing to disclose advertising, sponsorship, or a material connection as required, or providing false or misleading advertising.
  • - Using automation, bots, click farms, self-dealing, or coordinated conduct to manipulate ad performance, engagement, watch time, or revenue.
  • - Repeatedly submitting irrelevant content, false URLs or materials, or generating invalid traffic or improper revenue.
  • - Falsifying or omitting material information required for KYC, tax, settlement, or rights verification.

11. Provisional Measures and Investigation

Where Supercent has a reasonable basis to suspect account theft, payment fraud, a serious safety risk, illegal content, a security incident, improper revenue, or destruction of evidence, it may restrict relevant content, functions, payments, or an account until the investigation is complete.

Supercent may review service logs, payment records, content and account activity, automated signals, reports, and user submissions. Personal data is handled under the applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Notice of a Decision

To the extent permitted by applicable law and without improperly harming an investigation, security, or third-party rights, Supercent will provide the reason for the decision, the type and duration of the measure, the principal basis for the decision, and the available appeal process. Notice may follow an urgent action where advance notice is inappropriate.

13. Appeals

A user may appeal using the method specified in the notice and within the applicable appeal period disclosed by Supercent. Any longer period, additional procedural safeguard, or separate complaint mechanism required by applicable law or the relevant Regional Schedule will prevail.

Supercent will review an appeal within a reasonable period and communicate the result. Where required by applicable law, the appeal will be reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision. If an appeal succeeds, Supercent will lift or adjust the measure and, where reasonably possible, restore content, virtual items, records, or monetization status.

14. Assets, Records, Revenue, and Restoration

Virtual items, rewards, rankings, advertising revenue, and creator revenue created, obtained, or manipulated through a violation may be reversed, adjusted, held, or recovered. A lawful withdrawal, refund, or exercise of a statutory right is not by itself a violation.

If data or virtual items are lost or incorrectly adjusted because of a Supercent system error, Supercent will restore them to the extent supported by available records or provide a reasonable substitute. Restoration may be unavailable for losses caused by device management failures, voluntary consumption or use, account sharing, or unauthorized manipulation.

Requests for restoration may be submitted by contacting Supercent at help@supercent.io.

15. Account Sharing, Assistance, and Improper Benefit

A measure may apply to an account where a violation results from sharing or management attributable to the user. Supercent will consider whether the user took reasonable security measures and promptly reported unauthorized access.

A user who directs, assists, facilitates, promotes, conceals, or improperly benefits from another person's violation may receive the same or a separate measure based on the connection, intent, and benefit involved.

16. Service Supplements and Regional Rules

Supercent may maintain a service-specific enforcement table, game supplement, or internal operating standard appropriate to the relevant functions and risks. Material restrictions on user rights, account termination, forfeiture of revenue, and important appeal procedures must be supported by the applicable terms or a public policy.

A Regional Schedule or mandatory provision of applicable law prevails over this Policy in the event of a conflict. Where Article 20 of the EU Digital Services Act applies, access to the internal complaint system for covered decisions will remain available for at least the period required by applicable law.

17. Changes to this Policy

Supercent may amend this Policy in accordance with applicable law and the Global Terms of Service. Material changes that adversely affect users will be announced using the advance notice period and method required under the Global Terms of Service or applicable law.
