United States Regional Schedule
Effective Date: November 2, 2026
PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 9 CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND INCLUDES A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, SUBJECT TO THE OPT-OUT RIGHT AND APPLICABLE LAW.
1. Application
This United States Regional Schedule (this “Schedule”) applies to users in the United States (US) and supplements the Global Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and relevant service-specific terms. State consumer rights remain unaffected. This Schedule forms part of the Agreement as defined in the Global Terms of Service.
2. Copyright
Supercent will maintain a DMCA notice-and-counter-notice process and a policy for repeat infringers. DMCA notices and counter-notices must be submitted to Supercent's designated DMCA agent as follows:
Designated Agent: Supercent Inc.
Address: 9F, 300, Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul, 05551, Republic of Korea
Email: help@supercent.io
3. Children
Where a Service is directed to children under 13, or where Supercent has actual knowledge that it is collecting personal information from a child under 13, Supercent will apply COPPA notice, verifiable parental consent, data minimization, retention, deletion, and separate consent requirements for targeted advertising where applicable.
4. Advertising
Creators must clearly and conspicuously disclose material connections with brands in the endorsement itself and use truthful, substantiated claims.
5. Companion Chatbot Notices
Where applicable, the AI Chatbot Service will clearly disclose that the user is interacting with AI and not a human. For New York users, the notice will be provided at the beginning of an AI companion interaction, need not be provided more than once per day at the beginning of interactions, and will be provided at least every three hours during continuing interactions.
6. California Companion Chatbots
Before allowing users to engage with the AI Chatbot Service, Supercent will maintain a protocol designed to prevent the chatbot from producing content involving suicidal ideation, suicide, or self-harm and to respond appropriately when users express suicidal ideation or self-harm. If a user expresses suicidal ideation, suicide, or self-harm, the AI Chatbot Service will provide a notice referring the user to appropriate crisis service providers. Details of the protocol will be published on Supercent's website at https://www.supercent.io/legal/ai-chatbot-safety-protocol.
Where required by applicable law, Supercent will disclose that companion chatbots may not be suitable for minors. The AI Chatbot Service is available only to users aged 18 or older, and Supercent may restrict access or terminate an account if it becomes aware that a user is under 18. If an interaction with a user known to be a minor remains technically available before access is restricted, Supercent will apply the notices and safeguards required by applicable law.
Beginning July 1, 2027, Supercent will submit the annual report required for California companion chatbot operators, using evidence-based methods for measuring suicidal ideation and excluding user identifiers and personal information from the report.
7. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, Automatic Credit Reload, Refunds, and Inactive Accounts
7.1 Pre-Purchase Disclosures and Consent
Before enrolling a user in an auto-renewing subscription, Supercent will clearly and conspicuously disclose the subscription price, billing frequency, duration, automatic-renewal terms, any free or discounted trial conversion, cancellation method, and material refund limitations. Supercent will obtain the user’s express affirmative consent to recurring charges as required by applicable federal and state law.
7.2 Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, entitle the user to a prorated refund for the then-current billing period. Except as required by applicable law, applicable app store or payment provider rules, or the Subscription and Virtual Items Policy, subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
A user’s non-use of a subscription that was properly disclosed and made available during the paid billing period does not, by itself, entitle the user to a refund. This does not limit any right relating to an unauthorized or duplicate charge, billing error, failure to provide the purchased Service, purchase by a minor, or other right or remedy provided by applicable law or applicable platform rules.
7.3 Cancellation Methods
Supercent will provide a simple method for users to stop future recurring charges. Where a subscription was purchased through an app store or payment provider, cancellation and refund requests may be subject to that provider’s procedures. Where required by applicable state law, a user who enrolled online will be able to cancel online without unreasonable obstruction or delay.
7.4 California Users
For California users, Supercent will provide the notices and cancellation methods required by the California Automatic Renewal Law, including:
(a) express affirmative consent to automatic-renewal or continuous-service terms;
(b) an annual reminder identifying the subscription, billing frequency and amount, and cancellation method;
(c) notice at least fifteen (15) days and no more than forty-five (45) days before renewal of an initial term of one year or longer;
(d) notice at least three (3) days and no more than twenty-one (21) days before the end of a free or discounted trial lasting more than thirty-one (31) days;
(e) notice of an applicable fee change at least seven (7) days and no more than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect; and
(f) an online cancellation method that allows an online subscriber to cancel without steps that unreasonably obstruct or delay immediate cancellation.
7.5 Inactive Accounts
If Supercent deactivates or terminates an account because it has remained inactive for at least twelve (12) consecutive months, Supercent will take commercially reasonable steps, directly or through the applicable app store or payment provider, to prevent further renewal charges after the effective date of termination.
Unless termination results from fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or a material violation of the applicable terms, Supercent will either allow access through the end of the current paid billing period or provide any refund, credit, or other remedy required by applicable law or applicable platform rules.
Unused paid balances and accrued Creator Revenue will be handled in accordance with the Subscription and Virtual Items Policy, the Creator Program Terms, the Monetization and Payment Policy, applicable state law, and applicable unclaimed-property requirements.
7.6 Automatic Credit Reload
Automatic credit reload is a separate recurring payment authorization and is not automatically activated by purchasing credits or a subscription. Before activation, Supercent will clearly disclose the balance trigger, charge amount, quantity of credits or virtual currency provided, payment method, any applicable charge limits, cancellation method, and refund conditions and will obtain the user's separate affirmative consent.
Supercent will provide a retainable acknowledgment by email, in-app message, or another electronic method and will retain evidence of authorization as required by applicable law.
Users may cancel automatic credit reload through the applicable Service settings or another reasonably accessible method. Where required by applicable law, cancellation will be at least as easy as activation.
Supercent will provide the advance notice required by applicable law before materially changing the charge amount, balance trigger, quantity of credits or virtual currency provided, or other material conditions and will obtain renewed consent where required.
8. State Privacy
Applicable state privacy notices and rights, including opt-out rights for sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and certain profiling, will be provided in the Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution and Individual Arbitration
9.1 Informal Resolution.
Before commencing arbitration, the user and Supercent will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. A party seeking to initiate arbitration must first send written notice of the dispute to the other party. Notices to Supercent must be sent to help@supercent.io and must describe the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after receipt of the notice, either party may commence arbitration.
9.2 Agreement to Arbitrate.
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court or that cannot lawfully be required to be arbitrated, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Global Terms of Service, this Schedule, any applicable service-specific terms, the Service, or the relationship between the user and Supercent will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
This arbitration agreement is governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”).
9.3 Arbitration Rules and Administrator.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, as modified by this Section. If applicable, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules will also apply.
Unless the parties agree otherwise or the arbitrator determines that an in-person hearing is necessary, hearings may be conducted remotely. Any in-person hearing will take place at a location reasonably convenient for the user, consistent with applicable AAA rules.
9.4 Individual Proceedings Only; Class Action Waiver.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE USER AND SUPERCENT AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Unless the parties expressly agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person and may not preside over any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
9.5 California Public Injunctive Relief.
Nothing in this Section waives any right of a California user to seek public injunctive relief to the extent such right cannot lawfully be waived. Any such claim or remedy will be handled in the forum required by applicable law.
9.6 Small Claims Court.
Either party may bring an individual claim in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction if the claim qualifies for that court and remains on an individual basis.
9.7 Arbitration Fees.
Arbitration fees and costs will be allocated in accordance with the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law. Supercent will pay any fees that it is required to pay under those rules or applicable law.
9.8 Opt-Out Right.
A user may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing help@supercent.io so that Supercent receives the notice within thirty (30) days after the date on which the user first accepts the Terms and this Schedule containing this arbitration agreement. The notice must include the user's name, account information sufficient to identify the account, and a clear statement that the user wishes to opt out of arbitration.
Opting out of arbitration will not otherwise affect the user's rights or obligations under the Terms.
9.9 Exceptions Required by Law.
Nothing in this Section requires arbitration of a claim that applicable law does not permit to be subject to mandatory predispute arbitration.
9.10 Severability.
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, if any portion of this Section is found unenforceable, that portion will be severed and the remainder will remain in effect. If the Class Action Waiver in Section 9.4 is found unenforceable with respect to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will proceed in the forum required by applicable law, while any remaining arbitrable claims will remain subject to individual arbitration.
10. Mandatory Rights
Nothing in the Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies under applicable federal or state law.
