Game Service Terms
Effective Date: November 2, 2026
These Game Service Terms (these “Terms”) apply together with the Global Terms of Service, feature policies, and the Regional Schedule applicable to the user's residence.
1. Scope and Priority
These Terms apply to Supercent’s game services (each, a “Game Service”) and supplement the Global Terms of Service.
Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Global Terms of Service.
These Terms prevail over the Global Terms of Service with respect to the relevant Service, subject to the order of priority and specific exceptions set forth in Section 1 of the Global Terms of Service.
2. Access and Ratings
Users must comply with the applicable content rating and age requirements for each Game Service. Supercent may restrict access based on applicable law, app store rules, or the applicable classification.
3. Accounts and Game Service Data
Progress, save data, rankings, and achievements may be linked to an account or device. Guest data may not be recoverable after changing devices, deleting the app, or resetting the device.
Supercent may reasonably assist with recovery but does not guarantee recovery of data lost through device management failures or unauthorized manipulation.
4. Game Service Conduct
Exploiting bugs, unauthorized software, macros, account trading, match manipulation, payment abuse, rewarded ad manipulation, and abnormal network access are prohibited.
Supercent may review logs and security signals and may reverse items, adjust rankings, or restrict accounts where supported by reasonable evidence.
Unauthorized software includes cheats, exploit tools, automation software, bots, hacking tools, mods, and unauthorized emulators designed to modify or interfere with a Game Service or gameplay experience. This restriction does not apply to an emulator or platform officially provided or expressly authorized by Supercent.
Users may not assist another person's misconduct or benefit from it. Where there is reasonable evidence of a violation, Supercent may reverse or adjust items, virtual currency, scores, rankings, and ad rewards obtained or manipulated through a violation.
5. Paid Products and Virtual Items
In-game currency, items, ad removal, passes, and subscriptions are governed by the Subscription and Virtual Items Policy. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, virtual items are not cash or property and may not be transferred or exchanged outside the applicable Game Service.
Where enabled in a Game Service, users may optionally activate automatic reload for eligible virtual currency or credits. Automatic reload will not be activated without the user's separate affirmative consent and is governed by the Subscription and Virtual Items Policy.
6. Advertising and Rewarded Ads
Game Services may contain banner, interstitial, native, or rewarded ads. Rewards depend on completion of the required viewing and valid verification and may be withheld or reversed for transmission errors, duplicates, or abuse.
7. Events and Promotions
The applicable notice governs the event period, eligibility, rewards, and winner selection. Supercent may reasonably modify an event or adjust rewards for errors, abuse, or legal requirements.
8. Updates and Discontinuation
Supercent may change content, difficulty, item performance, and features for balancing, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.
If paid services are discontinued, Supercent will provide notice and handle unused paid balances as required by applicable law.
9. Enforcement and Appeals
Enforcement measures will take into account the severity, repetition, and potential harm of the violation. Users may appeal through the applicable appeal process. General conduct standards are in the Community Guidelines.
Types of measures, provisional measures, investigations, notices, restoration, and appeals are governed by the Global Operations and Enforcement Policy.
10. Liability
The disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth in the Global Terms of Service apply to Game Services. Supercent does not guarantee any particular result in a Game Service or the preservation of rankings.
