We collect and use the categories below for the purposes in Section 4. Retention periods and criteria are described in the Global Privacy Policy and provider Schedule, and apply separately to each relevant category.

We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising may constitute sale, sharing or targeted advertising under state law. Section 5 explains your choices.

The table below describes categories of personal information that we collect or process, depending on the Services and features used. 5. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. Some U.S. state laws use broader definitions that may treat disclosure to advertising or analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising as a sale or sharing. Where personalized advertising is enabled, the categories potentially involved are identifiers, internet or electronic activity, approximate geolocation and inferences.

Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising through available Service privacy controls or help@supercent.io. An account or verification of identity is not required for this opt-out. Where legally required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for the sending browser or device and, where applicable, the associated account.

We do not knowingly sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information of users under 16 without the affirmative authorization required by applicable law.

The category and recipient disclosures in this Notice and the provider Schedule apply to the integrations used by the relevant Service. Advertising networks and exchanges, downstream bidders and reward partners may receive the indicated information for their independent purposes.

6. Sensitive personal information

We use sensitive personal information for authentication, requested private communications, payment, creator verification, tax obligations, security and legal compliance. We do not use it to infer characteristics for advertising or for purposes that currently trigger a right to limit its use.

7. Your U.S. privacy rights

Depending on your state and subject to exceptions, you may have the following rights.

  • Use a recognized opt-out preference signal for sale, sharing or targeted advertising where supported and legally required.

For access, correction or deletion requests, we may match account information or request proportionate information to verify identity. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted. We may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly unless law provides otherwise.

If we decline to take action on an eligible request and your state provides an appeal right, our response will explain how to appeal. You may submit an appeal through the same channel, clearly marked “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within the period required by applicable law and provide information about contacting the relevant state authority where required.

11. Retention and deletion

Retention and eligible deletion, including lawful retention exceptions and provider copies, follow the Global Privacy Policy. Registered users and server-based guests may request deletion through the channels above.

12. Other California rights

California residents may also request information about certain disclosures for direct marketing under California’s “Shine the Light” law where applicable. We do not respond to legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals, but we do process legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control as described above.
