4. Public information and content visibility
Creator profile information and content identified as public are disclosed to the relevant audience. Payment and tax information are not public.
We access non-public creator information as needed for program administration, verification, support, payment, rights claims and legal compliance.
5. Advertising and revenue measurement
We use creator and content identifiers, eligible activity, advertising events and transaction information to measure performance and calculate payments. Advertising recipients and their independent purposes are identified in the provider Schedule.
Information required for eligibility, verification, tax or payment processing is necessary to provide the relevant program or payment function. Without it, participation or payout may be unavailable.

- Identity verification and fraud prevention providers where needed to establish eligibility or protect the program.
- Advertising, measurement and attribution partners that support eligible monetization and reporting.
- Cloud, analytics, moderation, customer support and communication providers acting on our behalf.
- Advertisers or business partners in aggregated or campaign-level reporting, or with identifiable information where you are informed and a valid legal basis exists.
- Rights holders, reporting parties, advisers, authorities or courts when reasonably necessary to investigate claims, protect rights or comply with law.
- Other users and the public for information and content that you choose to publish.
7. Legal bases where required
We process creator information to perform program terms, take requested steps before enrollment, comply with tax and other legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in administration, security and fraud prevention, and obtain consent where required for optional marketing or advertising.
8. Retention
- Creator account, contract and content information is retained during participation and, where lawfully necessary, for unresolved payments, rights claims or disputes. Eligible deletion and limited retention exceptions follow the Global Privacy Policy.
- Payout, accounting and tax records are retained for the applicable statutory recordkeeping period.
9. International transfers
Creator information may be processed in Korea and in countries where the relevant payment, cloud, advertising, verification and support recipients operate. The Global Privacy Policy, provider Schedule and applicable regional notice describe the relevant safeguards and choices.
