United Kingdom Regional Schedule
Effective Date: November 2, 2026
1. Application
This United Kingdom Regional Schedule (this “Schedule”) applies to users in the United Kingdom (UK) and supplements the Global Terms of Service and the applicable service-specific terms. Any mandatory rights available to users under applicable UK law remain unaffected. This Schedule forms part of the Agreement as defined in the Global Terms of Service.
2. Online Safety Classification
Where Supercent provides a regulated user-to-user or search service under the Online Safety Act 2023, Supercent will comply with the duties applicable to the relevant service and its risk profile.
3. Terms Enforcement
Where applicable, Supercent's terms and policies will clearly describe content restrictions, and Supercent will apply those restrictions consistently. Records of significant moderation decisions and complaint outcomes will be maintained as required by applicable law.
4. Reporting and Complaints
Users will have accessible reporting and complaint routes for illegal content, content harmful to children, account restrictions, and inconsistent enforcement.
Users may submit reports and complaints through the reporting tools made available in the Service or by contacting help@supercent.io. Supercent will acknowledge and process reports and complaints within the periods required by applicable law, taking into account urgency, potential harm, and the nature of the complaint.
5. Protection of Children
Supercent will conduct any risk assessments relating to children that are required by applicable law and implement proportionate age assurance, safer defaults, and other required safety measures.
6. Children's Privacy
Services likely to be accessed by children will be designed and operated in accordance with the UK Children's Code, including requirements relating to the best interests of the child, data minimization, high-privacy defaults, restrictions on profiling, and clear notices.
7. Advertising and Influencers
Creators must make advertising obviously identifiable using prominent labels such as “Ad” and must clearly disclose commercial relationships in the content itself.
8. Subscription Contracts
Until the new subscription-contract regime under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 commences, subscriptions will comply with the consumer laws then in force. Following commencement, Supercent will provide the required pre-contract information, reminders, cooling-off rights, cancellation methods, and refunds.
9. AI and Synthetic Content
AI interactions and realistic synthetic content will be clearly disclosed where required to prevent deception or comply with applicable safety and consumer-protection law.
10. Disputes
UK consumers retain any non-waivable rights and may bring claims before any courts of competent jurisdiction or pursue any remedies available under applicable UK law.
