European Economic Area Regional Schedule

Effective Date: November 2, 2026

1. Application

This European Economic Area Regional Schedule (this “Schedule”) applies to users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and supplements the Global Terms of Service and the applicable service-specific terms. Any mandatory rights available to users under the laws of their country of residence remain unaffected. This Schedule forms part of the Agreement as defined in the Global Terms of Service.

2. Digital Services Act Scope

Where Supercent provides hosting or an online platform, it will apply the Digital Services Act obligations applicable to its size and role. Where required by the Digital Services Act, Supercent will maintain the points of contact and other information required by applicable law and will make such information available through the Service or its website.

3. Terms Transparency

Restrictions on user-provided information, moderation methods, automated tools, human review, and complaint procedures will be described in clear and accessible language. Where a Service is directed to or used by minors, applicable terms and notices will be presented in language that minors can reasonably understand.

4. Notice and Action

Users may submit sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated notices of illegal content through the reporting mechanism designated by Supercent. Supercent will process notices diligently, objectively, and without arbitrary discrimination.

5. Statements of Reasons

Where required, affected users will receive a statement of reasons for removal, visibility restriction, monetization suspension, account restriction, or other covered moderation action, including information on available redress.

6. Internal Complaints

Where Article 20 of the Digital Services Act applies, eligible users may lodge a free electronic complaint against covered moderation decisions for at least six months from the date on which they are informed of the decision. Complaints will be reviewed in a timely and non-discriminatory manner and will not be decided solely by automated means.

Complaints may be submitted through the appeal or complaint mechanism made available by Supercent, including by contacting Supercent at help@supercent.io.

7. Advertising

Advertisements will identify that they are ads, the person on whose behalf they are shown, the payer where different, and meaningful information about targeting. Profiling-based advertising directed to known minors and ads based on sensitive data will not be used where prohibited by applicable law.

8. Recommender Systems

Supercent will provide information about the main parameters used in recommender systems and any options available to users to modify or influence those parameters, as required by applicable law.

9. AI Transparency

Supercent will explicitly inform users when they are interacting directly with an AI system, including an AI chatbot, unless this is obvious from the circumstances.

Supercent will comply with any transparency, marking, and disclosure obligations applicable to its role as a provider or deployer of an AI system under Article 50 of the EU AI Act. AI-generated or manipulated content, including deepfakes, will be marked or disclosed to the extent required by applicable law.

10. Digital Content and Withdrawal

Consumers receive pre-contract information and statutory remedies for non-conforming digital content. Where applicable, a consumer's right of withdrawal will cease after the supply of digital content begins only if the consumer has provided the express consent and acknowledgment required by applicable law.

11. Data Protection

The Privacy Policy will describe the applicable GDPR legal bases, data-subject rights, international transfers, retention periods, profiling, and any solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

12. Jurisdiction

EEA consumers retain any non-waivable rights and may bring claims before any courts available to them under applicable EU or national law.
